Rules for dummies

• No spamming the hosts file with useless junk.
• No hostnames that host malicious files shall be served. You will be blocked from contributing and the hostname will be locked.
• No hostnames will host illegal content off the internet. You will be blocked and reported.
• No hostnames will host content that contains examples such as: wishing death upon others, piracy content and copyrighted materials without acquiring permissions.
• The owner of the website has every right to remove your hostnames, ban you off the site or ensure that you are greatly limited.
• No hostnames will block or take websites that are already taken from ICANN's domain registrars. You will have created hostname removed and if it happens again your ip address will be blocked. (Thanks to DNS checkups this isn't possible)

Other than that you are free to do whatever you want.
